Can I return items to Thread bear Vintage?
Yes, you can return it to us. Please be sure to read this entire section on how to do so.
Thread Bear Vintage offers full refunds on all items returned within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. Any returns after this time-frame unfortunately will not be eligible for a refund.
* Please note: refunds will be issued for the items ordered, postage charges are non-refundable and any free postage provided as a promotion will have the postage charge deducted from the refunded amount.
The item(s) should be returned unworn in the original condition you received them, and must have the tags attached. Items will be inspected upon receipt back to us to ensure no damage has been made to the garments – if they are not returned in the condition they were received this could affect whether we can refund your order.
Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the goods back to our address.
You will be advised by email when the refund has been issued on your order.
Please allow for 5-10 working days for the money to appear in your bank account.

To return your items back to us, you should email us on email@example.com with your request to return your items, including a reason as to why you wish to return them.
Please note that we do not accept returns based on sizing as all items have measurements in the item descriptions which should be checked before purchasing.
If you could please include the following details within the parcel to ensure quickest possible turnaround on the refund process.
– Full Name
– Order Number
– Your Email Address
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or misdescribed, in which case we will refund the return postage.
When sending an item back to us, you will also be accountable for ensuring the returned goods are packaged adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged.
We would recommend if you are returning an item to us to consider using a secure or trackable method of postage (for example recorded delivery) and keep hold of your proof of postage until we receive your returned goods as they will remain the senders responsibility until they reach us.
